That's a question that's on the mind of more than a few people here in Washington, D.C., where the return of Michael Jordan to the NBA meant a return to profitability for the Wizards. In Sunday's Washington Post, a few million gallons of ink were spilled explaining the complicated relationship between Jordan, Wizards owner Abe Pollin and Wizards owner in waiting, Ted Leonsis.
The genesis of the story is a meeting scheduled this week between Pollin and Jordan to discuss Jordan's future with the franchise. The Post said that Jordan was looking forward to the meeting, and was ready to take his old job back as head of basketball operations for the team.
