Stanley Cup Finals Notebook

Devils 3 Ducks 0: Probably the best final since 1994. In a mild surprise, Ducks goalie J.S. Giguere wins the Conn Smythe Trophy, becoming the first player from the team to lose in the Finals to win the trophy since Ron Hextall in 1987.

Series tied, 2-2.

UPDATE: Eric Adelson says it's time for the Devils to get violent:

"It was a real patient game," said [Ducks head coach Mike] Babcock after Game 4. "It was like chess."
