NHLCBA Roundup

Sometime today, the NHLPA will get the owners official response to last week's dramatic offer of a 24 percent salary rollback. But thanks to TSN, we already know what the owners talking points are going to be. Besides, Senators owner Eugene Melnyk and Edmonton's Cal Nichols are already on message, and the newspapers are taking the owners lead.

Amongst the hockey bloggers, the mood is pretty dismal, as most suspect that the season is now lost. Here's Brett Mirtle:
