David Pinto on the unwritten rules of Strat-o-Matic Baseball:
Now, there are subtleties to playing strat. For example, if you're bunting, you want to roll the dice softly. If you're going for the HR, you throw them with a full motion across the table. 
And of course, if you are picking a split card in a tense situation, you add all the drama you can to the moment. You grasp the card with your fingers, hold it face down for a few seconds to build the tension, then with great flair turn it over to reveal the result.
