It seems Jussi Jokinen is a forward of beach soccer team So Sexy from Kalajoki, Finland. On the website it says that in 2002, So Sexy won the Finnish championship.
If this gets out in the Dallas locker room, it'll be so sexy it hurts, if you know what I mean...

Luckily, I’m pretty sure Guerin’s seen it. I live in Dallas & one of the radio shows here has Guerin on every week. They said they were definitely going to give him that pic, just like they gave Guerin & Arnott copies of this pic when the Stars acquired Val Bure 2 years ago:
