    It’s the word ‘fairy’.

It can have a negative connotation when associated with homosexual men. Now, obviously, there is an actual fairy in the commercial, and that is to whom the character refers when saying the line; however the transformation which occurs in the gentleman from punk to preppie may lead some people to associate the utterance of the word ‘fairy’ with the sudden appearance of a person exhibiting an appearance sometimes associated with the stereotypical homosexual male.
