Rather than taking the clips down, I wonder if the NHL will simply be allowed to “claim” them, and those revenues from the ads on those pages. You’d think that’d be the best solution for both sides. It’s not like it’s hard to tell whether or not NHL teams are involved in the video. I’ll ask around, but if someone who knows more about the deal wants to, feel free to contact me.
