I got the following note, along with this image, earlier today:

I wanted to share this with you in hopes that maybe you'd blog about it. As of about 3 years ago i began paying tribute to the Penguins by offering fans of both teams the ability to urinate on a "star". This year happened to be Sid with a small caption to entice those willing participants to aim more precisely.![]()
I successfully placed these little pee-pics in all the urinals iat Verizon Center this past Monday night.
Let me share with you a quote I recv'd from an admirer:
"This is just simply awesome. Oh, and word from a friend last night (who thought this was the greatest thing ever) was that a Pens fan was in one of the upper level restrooms with a plastic bag from the concessions over his hand trying to pick them out of the urinal and still couldn't (while the Caps fans stood back and laughed at him). Hoorah!"
I'd be honoured if you helped spread the love and maybe start a little sports venue phenomenon with this lovely little experiment i created years ago and has delighted Caps fan ever since. Why should only Caps fans be able to enjoy this type of thing? I say all sports fans should adopt similar displaces of support and genuine sportsmanship.

Indeed.

You Caps fans are classy. I can only imagine the thrill gained from placing small pictures of players in urinals. Me, I prefer going to the arena, such as it is, to watch a hockey game. Personally, I don’t care how many of fans of the opposing team are in the arena, it is just another reason to chear louder and drown them out.
