I don’t think he missed a single obvious joke.
I’m super-sensitive to NHL-bashing, especially from the WWL, but Simmons did it in a way that somehow didn’t piss me off. As a Bruins fan, he is indicative of many who have falled off the bandwagon, or rather have been forced off by the stench of Jacobs’ product. When the league has a resurgence (i.e. gets back on ESPN), it will be interesting to see what people will say.
