Nice overview piece from the Kansas City Star. Something I didn't know: The NCAA threatened to revoke the media credentials to cover the College World Series from the Oregonian unless they stopped live blogging from the newspaper's office.
The NCAA later relented. Nice recovery.
Thanks to J.P. for the pointer.

OK, so what if I’m sitting at home, blogging the Frozen Four? Is the NCAA going to come after me?
And what is live blogging anyways? I would be hard pressed to call live blogging a game a viable alternative over a live transmission of a game. If anything, I would call it, and mostly enjoy it, as a supplement to watching a live game. It’s live opinion. It’s about as much as a challenge to a live telecast as a sports radio call in segment during intermissions.
How live is live?
