Atlanta goalie Kari Lehtonen watches Alex Ovechkin's shot go by in the third period; unfortunately for Ovechkin, this one bounced off the crossbar. Washington outshot Atlanta 37-12.

Kolzig dives for the puck; he earned 11 saves tonight. Brooks Laich scored the first two goals for the Capitals, with Matt Cooke and Ovechkin notching the third and fourth.
